  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major payment methods including Credit Card's, American Express, Debit Card's, Visa's, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Klarna, Clearpay & many more.
  • One of my items is on pre order - when can I expect to receive my order?
    At the stage of ordering a pre order item, the estimated delivery date will show on the product page. We will send you out an estimated dispatch date. As soon as we have sent out your order we will notify you by email that it is on its way to you.
  • Can I amend my order?
    If for any reason you need to amend your order, please do not hesitate to contact us on the relevant email found on our Contact Us page.
  • What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
    If your order is wrong or faulty please contact us straight away with your order number so we can rectify this for you.
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    We offer two different delivery methods, 2nd class which takes 3 - 5 days and 1st class which takes 1 working day. Orders placed before 1pm for 1st class delivery will be delivered the next working day.
  • Can I get this sent straight to the recipient?
    Yes of course. Please tick the 'gift' box and the relevant information will come up.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    Yes! All of our packaging, including the gift box is recyclable.
  • Returns & Refunds
  • Do I have to pay to return my items?
    Customers are responsible for return postal charges. To request a return, please contact us via email found on our Contact Us page. This has to be within 14 days of receipt.
  • Can I return my order and get a refund or exchange?
    We do accept exchanges. Please email us if you wish to do this and we will arrange this for you. If your order is deemed acceptable for a return for a refund then we will refund you to your original payment method on receipt of receiving your order. The order must be returned in its original condition with packaging and labels intact.

    Yes, we do e-Vouchers. This entails a code being sent to yours or your recipients email address.
  • Do you have a size chart?
    Yes. You can find this on the product page.
  • How do I care for my babies clothes?
    Machine wash at 30°. Wash with similar colours only. Tumble dry on low heat. Iron inside out.
